    We are currently developing Georgia online real estate continuing education courses. These course will cover such topics as ethics in real estate, fair housing, and USPAP changes.     American Contractors Exam Services is currently awaiting approval from the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Once we are approved we will provide the lastest and newest continuing education. The online Georgia real estate continuing education is the best anywhere, period! We will keep you updated on industries trends, new technologies, and current laws and rules for Georgia Realtors. Here is a list of the continuing education currently under development.

  • Ethics in Real Estate - This online course covers duties to clients and customers, duties to the public, duties to REALTORS, and case studies.
  • Fair Housing - The topics included in this course reviews interference, coercion, intimidation, subpoenas, discrimination in residential real estate-related transactions, discrimination in the sale or rental of housing, and other prohibited practices
  • Georgia Real Estate Licensing Laws - The subject matter of this continuing education course will cover themes such as provisional staus, reciprocity agreements, real estate forms, continuing education, prelicensure, and the Georgia Real Esate Commision.
    These are the current requirements for renewing your Georgia Real Estate license. We will always provide the newest information available and will update the requirements as soon as there are changes.

  • To renew your Real Estate License in the state of Georgia, you are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education every four years.
  • If you hold a Salesperson’s license and this renewal is your first since original licensure, you are required to complete a 25-hour Post license course approved by the Commission during your first year of licensure. This course will count for 6 hours of the required continuing education hours. You must complete an additional 18 hours of continuing education prior to expiration.
  • Approved schools are responsible for providing certificates of completion to the Board.
  • Licensees may want to retain verification of course completion for own records.
