- Georgia Real Estate Licensing Laws - The subject matter of this continuing education course will cover themes such as provisional staus, reciprocity agreements, real estate forms, continuing education, prelicensure, and the Georgia Real Esate Commision.

These are the current requirements for renewing your Georgia Real Estate license. We will always provide the newest information available and will update the requirements as soon as there are changes.
- To renew your Real Estate License in the state of Georgia, you are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education every four years.
- If you hold a Salesperson’s license and this renewal is your first since original licensure, you are required to complete a 25-hour Post license course approved by the Commission during your first year of licensure. This course will count for 6 hours of the required continuing education hours. You must complete an additional 18 hours of continuing education prior to expiration.
- Approved schools are responsible for providing certificates of completion to the Board.
- Licensees may want to retain verification of course completion for own records.
